In previous articles that I have written ,I have mentioned words such as ionic, ceramic and infrared found in hair dryers and have touched on their meaning when it comes to choosing the right dryer for you. A word I haven’t explained which is just as important is EMF. Before you get ahead of yourself and start asking questions I’ve listed a few common questions asked about EMF.
EMF stands for electromagnetic field, thus indicating that certain hair dryers give off a harmless amount of low EMF radiation due to the new technology built into the hair dryer motors.
Low EMF are energy waves with low frequency below 300 hertz per second. Most companies can lower their level of EMF with the development of advanced motor technology which is a relief in my opinion. To not frighten you with this new word mentioned, it is in my opinion that products are produced and manufactured all the time including cell phones and microwaves, therefore I can’t see myself not using a hair dryer ever so I’m not panicking about low EMF.
